She played Karen Walker, a character on the NBC series Will & Grace from 1998-2006 and from 2017-2021. Her portrayal also earned her nominations to numerous other awards, such as seven consecutive Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance of a Female Actor in an NBC Comedy Series. She won three times between 2001 to 2002. Mullally's debut came in an ad for McDonald's that also starred John Goodman. She began her career in the 1986 series The Ellen Burstyn Show. After that, she appeared in guest roles on Seinfeld with her frasier wings, Ned Stacey Mad About You Caroline the City 3rd Rock from the Sun Just Shoot Me!
